Summary of changes since last snapshot (libasr-201410012101):

    - add include for FILE [1]
    - check if fparseln is in libutil (FreeBSD) [1]
    - check if fparseln is in libc before checking is it is in libutil (FreeBSD 
fallback) [1]
    - make queries using the search list for hostname lookups fail with
        NO_DATA/EAI_NODATA when the hostname param is an empty string.
    - fix possible NULL deref when quering an invalid hostname
    - remove duplicate include
    - remove #include "includes.h"
    - sync with latest changes from OpenBSD
    - change libasr version
