smtpd does not know how to do that natively, the only way is to have it
route through a catchall account that will deliver to the end user +
mail back the other relay.

a always_bcc like option has been discussed a while ago but there's not been
much interest from users, not enough to have a user fill a feature-request
at least ;-)
