Done.

As far as OpenSMTPD-extras is concerned you should now be pulling master
branch no matter what system you are using. There is no longer a version
for OpenBSD and one for other systems.

I will fix the configure layer so that all add-ons build on OpenBSD, but
until then if you relied on them, you can pull the "extras-5.4.x" branch
which was tagged before I merged.

I will publish the first -extras snapshot shortly.
