Hello,

I have been attempting to try to use the passwd and sqlite table
backends for OpenSMTPD on FreeBSD. Due to them not being in the base
OpenSMTPD package, I have to install them from OpenSMTPD-extras.

I have followed the instructions in the README.md from the github page,
and I can see the table-passwd and table-sqlite files in
/usr/local/libexec/opensmtpd/, but whenever I try to launch OpenSMTPD
using either a passwd or sqlite table backend I get the message:
fatal: table_create: backend "passwd" does not exist

I was wondering whether I'd missed a step somewhere, or whether I need
to do something with the base OpenSMTPD install. I currently have
5.4.5p1 installed from the ports tree, which I believe to be the latest
version.

If anybody has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
