After a long series of replies, a mail got rejected by OpenSMTPD.
The error message was "550 5.7.1 Delivery not authorized, message
refused: Message is not RFC 2822 compliant".
This time, I guess the mail client is actually a webmail (Orange french ISP).
I think there is nothing to do (I don't see how I could make them
change their implementation). Maybe as a workaround one day I'll try
to recompile OpenSMTPD with a higher header length limit.
But I wanted to let OpenSMTPD dev people know.
I have one question though: is the header copied below correct?
There is a newline in the middle of a reference instance. Maybe
there are in fact two problems with it.
There is a discussion about that in Section 3.2.3 of RFC 5322.
