Hmm, I tried it yesterday, it does hide the local IP address.
Same thing is set on OpenSMTPD relay serving this mailing list so it does
appear to be working.

I'll test it some more in next few days because I already got Postfix up
and running the way I want it but it seems that *mask-source *solves the
issue.
