Summary of changes since last snapshot (opensmtpd-201601051911p1):

- add checks for imsg data sizes
- various filters related cleanups
- bring back fix for OpenSSL 1.0.2f update from OpenBSD
- fix DSN "successful" errors
- NULL initialize some pointers to make code easier to read
- report immediatly to the smtp session when a filter rejects on EOM
- tell filters to rollback current transaction on rejected MAIL or EOM
- add helper functions to talk to the queue
- remove AIX detection: we'll revisit if we ever want to support AIX
- no need to check for specific versions of the Linux kernel
- remove bits of configure.ac that are plain unreachable
- fix portable build on OpenBSD, discouraged but useful for us
- we don't need to check for yp_match(), we don't use it
- remove UnixWare checks: we'll revisit if we ever want to support it
- remove HPUX checks: we'll revisit if we ever want to support it
- kill the --with-mailwrapper option, it's not up to us to do this
- install missing man pages since the smtpctl & makemap merge
- add missing header for fatal() in libressl.c
- remove files that were moved to -extras and not linked to build
- change configure flags so they follow the same naming convention
- reorder configure flags so they are more readable in --help
- remove some options we certainly don't want to support
- get rid of --with-pam-service, it can be shoved inside --with-auth-pam
- move table-db from enable- to with-
