Summary of changes since last snapshot (opensmtpd-201602031446p1):

- fix memory leak in rfc2822.c parser, not present in stable releases
- cleanup handling of DATA in smtp_session
- avoid keeping envelopes in cache longer than required
- use SMTPD_NAME wherever applicable
- do not ifndef SMTPD_NAME in smtpd.h, no longer relevant
- replace variables sun to s_un to ease portability [1]
- fix regression in handling of EAGAIN in mproc, not present in stable
releases
- add missing PROC_QUEUE_MESSAGE_UNCORRUPT in smtpd-api.h
- cleanup some if code with a switch
- fix getopt() mess in sendmail compat code
portable-specific:
- cosmethic: various output fixes in configure
- we're not OpenSSH, we can't build without an SSL library
- check for AF_LOCAL and define to AF_UNIX if it doesn't exist [1]
