This is whatever version of OpenSMTPD is in OpenBSD 6.1 -release. The
problem has been seen on two systems, both amd64. Roundcube and
mailman have both shown problems related to this (in the case of
mailman it completely stops mail delivery until the offending message
is removed from the outgoing queue).

Here is a swaks interaction that works:

The email with attachment is delivered correctly. The only problem is
that OpenSMTPD never gets around to responding to the QUIT with a Bye.

I do not think there is anything special about the file other than the
length. Other emails that end up with a length of around 70K have
triggered the problem. A very long email (>5MB) has also probably
triggered the problem.

I am hoping this is easy to reproduce. Debug information provided on
request.
