Hello,

I received an e-mail from [email protected] with a report indicating
dmarc failures.

Received: from bulk1-smtp.messagingengine.com (bulk1-smtp.messagingengine.com
[66.111.4.222])
        by dotbit.ro (OpenSMTPD) with ESMTP id d721ac7f
        for <[email protected]>;
        Tue, 16 Oct 2018 04:51:41 +0300 (EEST)
Received: from compute3.internal (compute3.nyi.internal [10.202.2.43])
        by mailbulk.nyi.internal (Postfix) with ESMTP id ADF822ACD;
        Mon, 15 Oct 2018 21:26:36 -0400 (EDT)
Received: from root1 ([10.202.2.121])

This is after subscribing to [email protected].
Report follows at the end of the mail body.

>From what I can tell the failures are:

1. SPF.
212.83.129.132 is not my IP, I do not relay my e-mails and send the e-mail
directly and have only one public IP.
Gmail gives me the following:
SPF: PASS with IP 86.34.153.250 Learn more

2. DKIM:
Gmail gives me the following:
DKIM: 'PASS' with domain dotbit.ro Learn more

It seems to me that the checks are not being done right.

I presume that this report is being done on behalf of opensmtpd.org?
Or perhaps someone else has something misconfigured?

I hope this helps someone somewhere.

BR, Dimitrios
