You have to send a mail to misc+unsubscr...@opensmtpd.org from the e-mail address you want to unsubscribe.
You can't unsubscribe other addresses.

I tried to send an EMail (new address) to misc+unsubscr...@opensmtpd.org
saying
unsubscribe o...@example.com
but this didn't work as expected. The EMail address was ignored.
Every helpful hint is highly appreciated.
