>From a general point of view, if you subscribe to various mailing lists, especially high-volume lists, and don't want to receive CC'ed replies to the threads you've posted to, then setting the Mail-Followup-To acts as an advisory to the recipients to exclude you from the CC list and just reply to the list address, (and any other CC'ed addresses). So you might find it useful in a general sense if you want to reduce mail volume. But as for this specific thread, don't worry, I'm not wasting more of my time on it.
