Hi,

I have a problem with misdn.

Some SIP providers (in my case dus.net & betamax) doesn´t seem to send
ringing (code 180) on outgoing calls, only session in progress (183)
and call answered.

This results in the following situation:
You *hear* a ring tone, but becaue misdn doesn´t recognize the ringing, it
sends busy after a few seconds (timeout). But the call (extension) isn´t
canceled
at all: The opponent still gets ringing and can answer it. He can hear
me (I still have the busy tone).
If the call gets answered before the timeout, everything is fine.

The only possibility to avoid the problem I found so far is to let
asterisk generate the ringtone itself (Dial,,r).
Imho not a nice solution :-/
