Igor was right: it is a strange kernel panic and I can't catch it also
.... sometimes it panics when hfcpci is loaded, sometimes it doesn't
panic at all I just loose console access (keyboard stops responding)
after couple of seconds, sometimes it panics after load of hfcpci but
I can still hit Ctrl+Alt+Del to switch it to runlevel 6 but then it
hangs after sending TERM signal to all processes. Once I even managed
to type /etc/init.d/./misdn-init stop and then it paniced on unload of
hfcpci. Unfortuantly I didn't managed to catch any of those logs
anywhere.
The good news is that (for me at least on Debian 3.1 with 2.6.17
kernel) compiling mISDN 1.1.3 with hfcpci.c file from mISDN 1.1.2 did
the trick. It woks "as I type this" :) !
