card=1,hfcpci card=2,hfcpci nt_ptmp=1 te_ptmp=2 poll=64 debug=0 each card has its own irq, not shared with other devices, I even moved the card away from irq 9 since it caused non-misdn/non-asterisk-related procs to turn in uninterruptible sleep thanks P.
