Asterisk comes with a Changelog which contains commit messages for
chan_misdn as well.
It is useful to fetch asterisk-1.4 via svn as release branch, instead of
using the 1.4.X tarballs. The svn release branch contains the latest fixes.
Also 1.2 and 1.4 are in sync, fixes in 1.2 go into 1.4 as well.
