Hi all,

Not sure if this is the appropriate list so if it isn't please accept my
apologies. A nudge in the right direction would be appreciated.

I have two TinyUSB adapters from Billion. When I plug them into my
laptop (running Fedora 7) I see in /var/log/messages:

Sep 3 15:04:10 localhost kernel: usb 2-1: new full speed USB device using
uhci_hcd and address 5
Sep 3 15:04:10 localhost kernel: usb 2-1: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
Sep 3 15:04:10 localhost kernel: Modular ISDN Stack core version (1_1_4)
revision ($Revision: 1.40 $)

The output of lsusb for the adapter is:
Bus 002 Device 005: ID 07b0:0007 Trust Technologies

I installed mISDN & mISDNuser 1.1.4 (and later also tried 1.1.5) and
have the following problems:

1) misdn-init scan says it has found no card
2) manually doing a modprobe -v hfcsusb results in:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# modprobe -v hfcsusb
install /usr/sbin/misdn-init start hfcsusb
insmod /lib/modules/2.6.22.4-65.fc7/extra/mISDN_l1.ko debug=0
insmod /lib/modules/2.6.22.4-65.fc7/extra/mISDN_l2.ko debug=0
insmod /lib/modules/2.6.22.4-65.fc7/extra/l3udss1.ko debug=0
insmod /lib/modules/2.6.22.4-65.fc7/extra/mISDN_capi.ko
Loading only hfcsusb
-----------------------------------------
 Loading module(s) for your misdn-cards:
-----------------------------------------
/sbin/modprobe mISDN_dsp debug=0x0 options=0 poll=128 dtmfthreshold=100
insmod /lib/modules/2.6.22.4-65.fc7/extra/mISDN_dsp.ko debug=0x0 options=0
poll=128 dtmfthreshold=100

In /var/log/messages this appears:

Sep 3 15:08:05 localhost kernel: ISDN L1 driver version 1.20
Sep 3 15:08:05 localhost kernel: ISDN L2 driver version 1.32
Sep 3 15:08:05 localhost kernel: mISDN: DSS1 Rev. 1.47
Sep 3 15:08:05 localhost kernel: mISDN Capi 2.0 driver file version 1.21
Sep 3 15:08:05 localhost kernel: mISDN_dsp: Audio DSP Rev. 1.29 (debug=0x0)
EchoCancellor MG2 dtmfthreshold(100)
Sep 3 15:08:05 localhost kernel: mISDN_dsp: DSP clocks every 128 samples. This
equals 16 jiffies.

But if I check with misdnportinfo it says:

Found no card. Please be sure to load card drivers.

mISDN_close: fid(3) isize(131072) inbuf(0x91f6060) irp(0x91f6060)
iend(0x91f6060)

And lsmod | grep hfc shows that the hfcsusb module is not loaded.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong. I also tried with mISDN/mISDNuser
version 1.1.5. I got the same problem.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
Patrick
