Hi, I’d like to make updated exon-centric gff3 annotation files, and I tried to install the recommended rnaseqlib package, but it seems that package is no longer supported (https://pypi.python.org/simple/rnaseqlib/ is empty). Is there another way to make new exon-centric annotation files?
