Agreed. How much do you want to bet that relatives of important people  
get their treatment faster and politically "inconvenient" people like  
us get treatment slower. You no longer have to think about "making  
someone disappear," you just bump their priority down for that heart  
bypass they need...

I think we need a lot less bureaucracy involved, not more.
