The report said that he was an American who converted to Islam while  
in prison. Our prison system is a mess. We send people into them for  
minor offenses and they come out worse criminals than they went in.

One really has to wonder if part of the reason we have so many troops  
abroad, including the National Guard, is because the government is  
concerned about our own military finding out just how bad they are.  
They cannot do much at home from Korea.
