I pushed one more little commit to fix an undefined variable reference in the svm disassembler so that etc/compile-svm.sh (still the default way to do an svm build) works. The svm disassembler is still broken (e.g., (compiler:disassemble compiler:disassemble) signals an error), but at least svm builds out of the box now.
