Subject: Searching for lat/long within a TAB file

Hi everyone,

Not being that literate with Spatial terminology I may have missed a
previous reference showing how to do what I am trying to achieve. If so
I apologise up front!

Is there a way of passing a lat/long point to any of the MITAB
functions and get back the feature that ~owns~ that point.

Thanks,
Hilton.
