      Thank you for your reply immediately! Now from you  I know 
that the convertion the coordination system from WGS84 to another 
system such as GAUS will depend on the OGR and PROJ.But why we use 
ORG and Proj,can we only use Proj ?Because we know that the Proj is 
used for the coordination system convertion.
