In the meantime I have compiled a new release of the DLL: http://www.routeware.dk/download/mitab_dll_150.zip I have added this line: #define MITAB_AFFINE_PARAMS 1 To these files: mitab/mitab_capi.cpp mitab/mitab_coordsys.cpp mitab/mitab_spatialref.cpp ogr/ogr_spatialref.h The problem seems solved.
