I have a file which I converted from mid/mif to tab using tab2tab. The file has a index on a char(15) field. No errors show during the conversion.
If I do a query from mapinfo on a value in the index field the query fails. If I import the same mid/mif into mapinfo using the Table->Import menu selection the query works fine.
