According microsoft statement, microsoft licensing is not based on cd but on 
cetificate. even you have an original cd but you don't have cerficate is all the same 
"bjk (bukan becak tapi bajakan)" so cd is no matter, the important things are 
certificate.
 
by way mas kurniawan sugesstion is one of good way to your problem. other things buy 
xp paroted with no product key at all. just install it and then ghost it.
