IT SERVICE ENGINEER
The successful candidate will be responsible to daily operational or
maintenance task on standard service level for all users run well and
avoid any unnecessary troubles.
Qualification of successful candidate :
· University degree in IT Engineering
· Be able to communicate in English both speaking & writing
· Experience about Networking (TCP/IP, etc)
· Hands with windows server, installation, administering,
troubleshooting, etc
· Good experience to work with computer hardware & its peripherals,
installation, troubleshooting, etc
· Be able to work with Microsoft office application
· Skill in administering a mail system, knowledge about Lotus Notes is
preferable
· Service-minded, systematic, polite, independent & have knowledge
with IT global support
· Available to work on the night shift
