BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE MANAGER
Requirement:
* Male/Female max 40 years of age
* Bachelor degree in Information System/Computer Science
* Min. 6 years of work experience, preferably in telco or consulting
industry
* Good knowledge in Balanced Scorecard/Performance Management
Systems
* Hands on experience in Business Intelligence/Data Mining/Data
Warehouse projects
* Experience with platform such as Business Objects, Cognos, SAS,
Teradata, etc
* Good communication / people skill

DATA WAREHOUSE SECTION HEAD
Requirements:
* Male/Female max 40 years old
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or
equivalent
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in IT application & data
base from Telco company is required for this position
* Must have and expert experience in using IT Reporting Tools
* Hands on with Data Warehouse Application, Oracle Designer, .net,
SQL, Oracle Data Base.
* Must be willing to work in Jakarta
* Must be fluent in English
BILLING SECTION HEAD
Main Responsibilities:
. Functional and administrative management of AD&M Billing section whose
responsibility follows for all Billing related system as enumerated above:
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services covering
system application development and management for core business and
management support units.
- Collaborate constantly with business management units of various
organizations to identify and address end to end IT application system
requirements
- Perform project management functions for the development,
provisioning , and implementation of applications systems
- Perform in-house applications development functions ( where
economically feasible ) that includes: System Analysis & Programming,
Quality Assurance, Post Implementation review, Enhancements & Control
Management
- Ensure compatibility of applications system to allow integration
with other systems
- Perform system parameter management
- Provide application system 2nd Level helpdesk for system users
- Provide IT assistance to relevant business and support units in
the design, development and implementation of new IT products and services.
. Acquiring section Capex and Opex approval from Department Head
. Prepares IT reports relevant to the section.

IT ARCHITECTURE & PLANNING DIVISION HEAD
Main Responsibilities:
* Functional and administrative management of ITA&P sections whose
main responsibility follows:
- Define, develop, evaluate, publish and update IT strategy,
architecture and security standards for: Mid-range and client server
computer systems, Internet/Intranet, Corporate Data Network
- Evaluate and certify new IT system solutions and proposals for
compliance
- Forecast capacity and plan for upgrades; evaluate impact for
alternative technology
- Work closely with strategic business units in designing,
developing and implementing new IT products and services
- Ensure that IT contingency and disaster recovery plans are well
established to secure all IT facilities and databases at all times
- Manage sourcing contracts and vendors by issuing RFP based on
business requirements
- Consolidate all budget requirements from all IT Department and
sections to ensure that there is effective and non-redundant expense within
the division.

Main Responsibilities:
* Work closely with internal customer representatives from Marketing
Product Development & Network to create advanced solutions and deliver the
service in
mobile application.
* Also work closely with Application Development & Maintenance Head
to create a enterprise solutions.
* Will use technical foresight to implement medium to large-scale
distributed applications while understanding all of the issues involved.
* Work with software developers with Architectural experience and
responsibilities
* Understanding of the software product management process
* Experience mapping business requirements to technology
capabilities, identifying gaps and omissions and designing end-to-end
solutions
* Experience with developing multi-threaded and event-driven systems
design and message-oriented middleware e.g. Web Logic, TIBCO/Rendezvous, IBM
MQ
Series, Vitria, BEA Tuxedo/Q
* Familiarity with web servers, application servers, ASP/JSP and
Servlets.
* Create and maintain data architecture to increase the robustness,
performance, and scalability of the entire system.
* Establish coding standards for Java, JDBC, stored procedures,
triggers, and logical and physical schema design, and enforce them within
the development staff
* Work with system architects to improve existing OLTP model,
transaction cost reduction, and increase the overall data throughput
* Participate in design and code reviews, documentation of design,
implementation of methodologies to ensure high quality solution.
Requirement:

organization and Significant Project Management experience including,
Multi-vendor delivery experience, Multi-national solution design and
delivery experience, IT infrastructure strategy development and delivery,
IT Services and provision experience, Outsourcing experience
* Consulting Skills (could be blended with the above skills):
Enterprise Architecture - Principal / Executive Consultant - working with
multi-national businesses, Ability to construct a business solution
around SOA, Ability to translate both business and technical requirements
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Telecommunications
industry.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Telco Company in similar
capacity.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
* Must be fluent in English
