Hi Daniel, there was no problem with SliceBasedSegmentation. I am sorry for all the bothering, we had a silly misunderstanding between two guys in our lab, with the apparently simplest part of the code. As you said, we were not actually looking at the segmentation from the DataTree, but at another one saved in memory. Sorry again and best regards, Xabi
