After having a well formed 3D+T image (as I shown in my previous email),
ymake sure that you are using the time slicer correctly:
timelineWidget = new QmitkSliderNavigator(this->_commandPannel);
stepperAdapter = new QmitkStepperAdapter(timelineWidget,
qmitkStdMultiView->GetTimeNavigationController()->GetTime(),
"Timeline");
That would be enough for mitk to allow interact with the timeline.

Asunto: [mitk-users] loading 3D time series
Dear all,
I have a sequence of 3D volumes (3D + time) in *.mhd file format and I
want to visualize them in MITK. I already extended the MainApp, so that
I can load *.mhd files.
For navigating through the different time steps I thaught I can use the
slider "time" in slicer, but it doesn't work.
Do I have to write my own TimeSeriesReader for *.mhd files to load my
sequence?
