Hello Chen,
so you have written your own Application in QT3 with MITK and want to
add one of functionalities provided by MITK?
Do you use MITK as a library or dis you add your code to MITK?
The answer to your question is very dependent on the application you
wrote and on the cmake structure you are using.
Usually, using the cmake structure of the MainApp, a new functionality
can be included into the cmake GUI by inserting the folder, which
contain the appropriate cmake files (CMakeLists.txt), into the
QFunctionalities folder. Then it is found by cmake and can be activated
for compile in the cmake GUI (just like Xabier wrote).
