Hi Roman, I used AccessByItk as in the QmitkRegionGrowing functionality. Once you have the voxel coordinates (with imageGeometry->WorldToIndex) you can get the voxel intensity as in a usual ITK image. But I guess there might be other options. Hope that helps, Xabi
