Dear MITK-Users!
Recently, we added two new functionalities for image registration to
MITK. They are available in subversion revision 14762.
1. QmitkPointBasedRegistration
Within this functionality you can specify landmarks for a fixed and a
moving image and perform rigid, similarity or affine transforms with and
without iterative closest point (ICP) according to the landmarks.
You can find some further information on how to control the
functionality here:
http://www.mitk.org/documentation/doxygen/QmitkPointBasedRegistrationUse
rManual.html
2. QmitkRigidRegistration
Within this functionality you can perform image-based rigid
registration. You can choose from several different transforms, metrics
and optimizers, taken from ITK. The functionality is capable of 2D-2D
and 3D-3D registration.
Regards,
Daniel
