Hi all, is there any opportunity to stop the mitk::ImageRegistrationMethod after the Update() function is called? I have tried the AbortGenerateDataOn() but the process seems to ignore this flag as it continues calculating. I have also tried to access the itk::optimizer to call the StopOptimization() method but i found no way to access it. Is there an opportunity to access the itk::optimizer? Or is there any other way to stop the ImageRegistrationMethod?
