Hi Chen,
a search for MITKOptions in the entire solution returns the following
position:
\mitk\Core\IO\mitkStandardFileLocations.cpp Line 172 ff
All config-files are stored here. If they don't exist, they are created
and filled with default values.
First the file is tried to be found in the directory which is defined by
the environment variable MITKCONF.
Then the .mitk-subdirectory in the users home directory is traced.
