i want your help, i got one vtkImageStencil, want convert this to the mitk
image, use these code
mitk::Image::Pointer neu_image;
neu_image->SetSpacing(image->GetTimeSlicedGeometry()->GetGeometry3D(0)->GetSpacing());
neu_image->SetVolume(stencil->GetOutput()->GetScalarPointer());
neu_image->Initialize(stencil->GetOutput());
neu_image->Modified();
there is always the overflow from neu_image->Initialize(stencil->GetOutput());
can anybody tell me some tipps,
