Hi,

Due to several requests, I will give you a short update concerning the
support of Qt 4 and VTK 5.2.

- VTK 5.2 is *not* supported yet. It is being worked on but we cannot
yet give you a date when it will be completed. Use VTK 5.0 instead.

- Qt 4 is *partially* supported. A few widgets have been ported to Qt 4,
especially all tutorial steps are running under Qt 4 (only tested for
version 4.3 though). Our "MainApp" is not ported to Qt 4 yet. It is
being rewritten right now and will be based on a new modular application
platform. We plan to migrate our base functionalities to the new
platform this year, hopefully. For full GUI support, use Qt 3.3 for the
time being.

To enable Qt 4 support, you *must* run cmake at the very first time with
the following variable set: DESIRED_QT_VERSION:STRING=4
See your CMake documentation on how to set initial cache variables.

I will keep you posted,

Sascha Zelzer
