Dear Anand,

you should choose whichever IDE you are most comfortable with. If you
have no experience with any, try out everything for a week or so.

Developers at our lab use:
- vim (w/ plugins for code completion etc.)
- KDevelop
- Eclipse
- Visual Studio

My personal choice is vim, best startup time.
