Hi Matthias,

thank you for this hint. Before rev 16077, the initial transform params were
never used correctly. From 16077 on, the initial params got set but were not
initialized correctly.

I fixed this issue in rev 16294.

FIX (#1890): initilializing initial transform params correctly

Betreff: [mitk-users] Error message in Rigid Registration Functionality

Dear MITK developers,

since updating to revision 16077 and later I do get an error message when
starting the optimization procedure. It message reads something like:

"Too many inital parameters. Expected 12 parameters and got 16 parameters."

I am using Amoeba optimizer and Translation transformation. Nethertheless,
I do get the same error, when trying Versor3DTransformation and the
corresponding optimizer. Therefore I think that it is a more global error
which came into the code with revision 16077 (the latest one where the
RigidRegistration functionality was updated).

Could any of you please doublecheck this behavior? I know that Daniel is
out of office until Feb. 22nd, but maybe anyone else also works with the
RigidRegistration functionality.

Best regards,
Matthias
