Hi Jochen, I tried again and checkout and recomplied as well, and I still got the same problem. I tried a dcm file and the pic3d.ic.gz file. I set seed points, if I didn´t set them I got the usall error message.
It says something like: This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusal way. Please contact the application´s support team for more information. mitkImageMapper2D.cpp:401 assertion failure 'input->GetTimeSlicedGeometry() == inputTimeGeometry' Maybe it is because I am using QT3?
