Hi yaorao (is that your name?),
please see the FAQ at http://www.mitk.org/wiki/MITKOpenCherryFAQ and
http://www.mitk.org/wiki/SetupMitkQt4OpenCherry. You probably have to
set BUILD_OPENCHERRY to ON in your CMake configuration in order to
generate a MainApp.exe. However, this will not lead to the application
in your screenshot (this is the Qt3 MainApp). Be sure to update your svn
checkout regularly if you want to try out the Qt4 MainApp.

I configed the mitk-0.10.0 with Cmake-2.6.3 based on VC2005,

successfully. But there was not project MainApp in MITK.sln. Why? I
