Hi Michael X.,
ignore these messages. Click "Configure" a second time and the messages are
gone. At the moment I don't have a glue where they originate from but they are
not a problem for building mitk. I just compiled the ExtApp without any
problems.

Hi,
I have worked successfully with VTK, ITK & QT for the past few month and now I
want to try out MITK. But if I use CMake to build it, I get following error
messages:
