Hi Tisch,

in the Moment, the only way is to call one of the conversion macros in a loop
as you did. (AccessByITK or ConvertToITKImage macros).
There is no batch processing Macro.
This will be easier soon, because it is now possible to select multiple images
in the data manager, so it is possible to create a macro which iterates over
the selection list.

Best regards,
Tobi

Betreff: [mitk-users] Converting MITKImage to ITKImage

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a Macro in MITK to convert multiple mitk::Images to
ITK::Images like the AccessByITK(...) macro which takes one mitk::image as a
parameter.

I got around this by calling AccessByITK macro twice. Is there a more
convenient way to convert two images?

regards,

Stefan
