Hi Tisch, in the Moment, the only way is to call one of the conversion macros in a loop as you did. (AccessByITK or ConvertToITKImage macros). There is no batch processing Macro. This will be easier soon, because it is now possible to select multiple images in the data manager, so it is possible to create a macro which iterates over the selection list. Best regards, Tobi
