My current stumbling block is building the DiffusionImaging Module --
it isn't finding the gl.h file.  This is with Qt built for native OS X
-- I did some googling for OpenGL and OS X and didn't get much joy.
If I look in the standard places in OS X, it looks like OpenGL only
has a header in X11.
