Hi Mathias,

I managed to solve my problems by looking into the SphereLandmarkProjector 
class. The key was to initialize the plane geometry appropriately. In 
particular, it seems that the parameter plane needs to be defined by the y and 
z coordinates instead of x and y which I was assuming...

The 3D visualization problem does not hurt me right now since I am switching 
the 4th window to a 2D view when showing the CPR. For a reproduction of the 3D 
problem you should try your example code with the SphereLandmarkProjector 
instead of the PlaneLandmarkProjector. Since I am using a pretty old version of 
MITK it could well be that this bug has already been fixed in the current 
version, however.
