just try to delete the manifest file. I had this error too and this helped me.

Hi all,
when i try to compile my application i get the error:
mt.exe : general error c101008a: Failed to save the updated manifest to the
file
".\141_3_80_132_daVinci.dir\Debug\lib141_3_80_132_daVincid.dll.embed.manifest".
Falscher Parameter.
Please help me to fix this problem it´s urgent.
