Boost is a c++ library you can get from http://www.boost.org/. There is currently an issue with the integration of boost in MITK since it should be optional, see http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4323 .
Please deactivate the diffusionimaging bundle or install boost to resolve this issue.
