Hi Bharatesh,
the standard application is no longer called MainApp but ExtApp. So try to set
ExtApp as your start up project. Where exactly does the documentation tell you
to use MainApp? Just that we can fix it.

Dear Users of MITK
This is Bharatesh Regoudar from Germany. I am a master student in IT. I am
currently using CMAKE to generate build files for MITK. I am using Visual
Studio 2005 as a compiler.
In tutorial page of MITK they mentioned to set MainApp as start up project. But
in the binaries folder there is no file named like that. If anybody know
solution please help me.
