I'm not sure, if there is a stereo render button somewhere in the current GUI.
But you can activate it easily by accessing the vtkRenderWindow
e.g.
multiWidget->mitkWidget4->GetRenderWindow()->SetStereoTypeToRedBlue();
multiWidget->mitkWidget4->GetRenderWindow()->StereoRenderOn();

We renamed it to org.mitk.gui.qt.segmentation. It is located here:
mitk\Modules\Bundles\org.mitk.gui.qt.segmentation
