Hi, I am using the pointbasedregistration plugin to register two 3D CT images. That works quite well. In addition I'd like to use the basicimageprocessing plugin to calculate e.g. the difference of the images. But it seems that the difference is still calculated based on the original images and not on the registered ones, even if I save an reload the registered images. For instance, if I load the same image twice, move one with pointbasedregistration and calculate the difference, I get an empty image. From what I understand so far, the registration just changes the geometry, means moving the origin. But basicimageprocessing seems to ignore that. What would be the best way to write the transform to the image data?
